Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HR INTERN to join our team!
This entry-level position will provide valuable hands-on experience and an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of HR functions.
As an HR intern, you will be involved in various aspects of HR, assisting with administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment, training, and other HR initiatives.

As an HR intern, you will be involved in various aspects of HR, assisting with administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment, training, and other HR initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation activities for new hires , facilitating an efficient and positive experience for employees during their integration into the organization.

Provide administrative support in various HR functions, such as preparing HR documents, drafting internal communications, and maintaining HR databases.

Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events, helping to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.

Support employee relations efforts by addressing basic employee inquiries, escalating complex issues to HR professionals, and maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

A genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR, demonstrated through coursework, previous internship experience, or relevant HR-related activities.

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is preferred but not required.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards
