UAE NATIONAL - Consultant Customer Service (SHARJAH & DUBAI)
Working Days - 6 Days / 1 day off
Working Time: 9 hr. including 1 hr. break
OPEN FOR EMIRATIS WITH FAMILY BOOK ONLY
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

- Always be dressed in a well-groomed presentable manner
- Knowing the related section products and product features (Product Knowledge) and basic knowledge about other sections and products
- Maximize conversion rate
- Maintaining the stock level in dedicated section as per the space availability and item movement
- Arranging the section according to the merchandising standards of the store/Brand
- Merchandise spectacle on arrival as per the space availability and keep the excess or balance stock in backup (Backs store if available)
- Help all the departments upon requirement as and when it arises
- To maintain cleanliness of Department/Section if required with help of Housekeeping staff
- All the section Price pointers need to be updated any given time
- All the Price revisions/Changes, Great Value, Description changes need to carry out immediate affect and need to file a hard copy for future references
- Attending customers and understand the requirements of the customer
- When a product is sold (Last pc Furniture) to remove from the shop floor with proper packaging and fill the space with new product.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
