Treasury Accountant
Treasury Accountant
Job Purpose
A Treasury Accountant will play a critical role in managing the company's cash flow, ensuring accurate financial records, and optimizing liquidity. This position is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in financial analysis, cash management, trade finance and compliance to contribute to the financial stability and success of our organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing all documentation related to trade finance activities, including various types of letters of credit, bonds, and various types of loans.
- Manage the company's daily cash activities, including overseeing all cash transactions, ensuring sufficient funds are available, reconciling cash and banks accounts on a period basis.
- Forecast cash flow positions and execute daily financing decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners, including negotiating fees and contracts, and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including monitoring foreign exchange exposure, interest rate risks, and credit risks.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements, including cash flow statements and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
Years of Experience
At least 5 years of experience in the Treasury accounting or similar field with previous experience in Construction Filed.
Other skills and qualifications
- Cash flow and management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Treasury Management Systems and ERP Software ERP e PROMIS.
- Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time
- Good knowledge of the IFRS and URC rules and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic, preferable.
