Team Leader- Edu-Tech

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Edu-Tech company. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate a team of developers, educators, and content creators to ensure the successful delivery of innovative educational technology solutions. The Team Leader will guide the team towards achieving shared goals, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a high standard of work.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management:
Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team of professionals, including developers, educators, and designers.
  • Project Coordination:
Oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentorship & Training:
Provide mentorship and training to team members, ensuring professional growth and development.
  • Performance Monitoring:
Track and assess team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Innovation:
Encourage innovative solutions to improve educational platforms and tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading a team in the Ed Tech sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced, collaborative setting with a focus on delivering cutting-edge educational tools.
