Job Title: Service Crew
Location: Sharjah
Salary: AED 2,500 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 10 hours a day
Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Service Crew members to join our fast food restaurant team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have their own visa and be able to work flexible hours, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble food items according to standard recipes and procedures. Ensure high quality and consistency in all food items.
- Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and provide change. Ensure accuracy in cash handling and maintain a clean work area.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, kitchen, and other areas of the restaurant. Perform regular cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment. Report any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation and efficient service. Support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
- Visa: Must have a valid freelance visa.
- Experience: Previous experience in a fast food or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays, and to work 10-hour shifts.
