Salary: 3,000 AED + Average monthly service charge of 1,400 AED

Job Description:
Jumeirah Hotels is seeking a dedicated and personable Guest Relation Executive (Rooms) to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is exceptional from check-in to check-out. Your focus will be on enhancing guest satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Interaction:
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly, and professional first impression.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Stay Enhancement:
  • Proactively engage with guests during their stay to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance their experience.
  • Communication:
  • Liaise with various departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with team members to address any guest-related issues.
  • Guest Feedback:
  • Actively seek guest feedback and take necessary actions to resolve any complaints or concerns.
  • Document guest preferences and feedback to personalize future interactions and improve service quality.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Assist in managing room assignments, ensuring efficient occupancy and utilization of resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the hotel management system.
  • Health & Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
  • Stay informed about hotel policies and procedures to effectively assist guests.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Language Skills:
  • Fluency in Russian is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests and address their needs.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Attention to Detail:
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure a flawless guest experience.
  • Flexibility:
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
