Service Advisor in Mussafah
We are actively seeking Service Advisor to join our team in Mussafah. The ideal candidate should bring a minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.

1. Provide professional and welcoming reception for customers at the service center.
2. Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and service requirements.
3. Offer knowledgeable guidance on necessary services and associated costs.
4. Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring timely completion of services and repairs.
5. Accurately document and record service details and associated costs for customer records.
6. Collaborate seamlessly with technicians and mechanics to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
7. Address customer needs promptly and handle complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
8. Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience and building lasting customer relationships.
