Service Advisor
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced automotive service Advisor of at least 4 years in the same field within the UAE, demonstrating a strong understanding of automotive service operations and superior customer service professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced automotive service Advisor of at least 4 years in the same field within the UAE, demonstrating a strong understanding of automotive service operations and superior customer service professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their automotive service needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Accurately assess customer concerns and provide detailed explanations of required repairs or maintenance.
- Create and manage service orders, ensuring all work is performed according to company standards and customer expectations.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to diagnose issues and provide clear instructions for repairs.
- Offer customers service recommendations based on their vehicle's condition and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Process transactions, including service orders and payments, efficiently and accurately.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, vehicle technologies, and service procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service department goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an automotive service adviser in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency in using automotive service software and tools.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
