Scaffolding Foreman (Cuplock/doca)

Cuplock/ Doca, Aluminum beam Forman.
Overview: We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Foreman to lead our scaffolding team on construction sites. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all scaffolding work.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Team: Lead and manage the scaffolding crew, ensuring everyone knows their tasks.
  • Plan Work: Prepare daily work plans and schedules for scaffolding activities.
  • Safety Management: Ensure all safety standards and regulations are followed. Conduct safety meetings and training for the team.
  • Quality Control: Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Material Management: Oversee the ordering and proper use of scaffolding materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other trades and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow on the site.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during scaffolding operations quickly and effectively.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of work done, materials used, and team attendance.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in scaffolding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of scaffolding standards, safety regulations, and construction practices.
  • Skills: Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant scaffolding and safety certifications are preferred.
