As Room Service Order Taker, we rely on you to:
Answer Room Service telephones and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Take guest food and beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
Have a thorough knowledge of food beverage menu, ongoing promotions in the outlet by heart and gives recommendations to guests upon request
Coordinate all service requirements addressed to Room Service

We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Food & Beverage
Loves interacting with guests
Believes in teamwork
Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
A self-starter and a team player
Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for the guests
Enjoys being challenged
