Restaurant Supervisor
- Checking of recipes and taste of the foods and opening of menu and explaining to the waiters about the quantity and quality of the food and what they should Do Up-selling before opening menu in all POS and Talabat Agreegators.
- Ordering Checking how much on hand at closing time. Order for tomorrow as per the list and reserve the same standard Procedure/temperature quality and taste.
- Managing and arranging the storage.
- Inventory
-cash audit and checking the book logs,Petty cash and managing of the customer tips.
- Others Operation all order has been dispatched on time and correctly, especially in Managing between waiters and kitchen in busy hours.
- Tracking of deliveries order on time and taking randomly Recommendation From the customer Delivery.
-Checking Of the Restaurant cleanliness Procedure as per the check list.
- Asking Customers to take good Feed back/Good Reviews and take pictures to be posted on all Social media Platform
- the Branch Manager Directly manages all Food order and Reservations And managing the delviery time And for future Checklist.
-Maintaining The Restaurant Branch of all Maintenance repair.
1.Hood and ducts Cleaning
2.Sewage/grease Trap
3.Maintenace of the Kitchen Equipment and others
4.Monitoring of Pest control Contractors
-Checking the temprature of the Dine In And most Saving the Energy.
-Recording All Daily Time Records/Scheduled of Day Off/Attendace and Rest time of the Employees.
-Up-Selling Food items and Some desserts/ Juices or Expensive menu Items.
-Reporting any Restaurant Issue to the Operation Manager About all Food,Staff and cusotmer.
-Managing Scheduled Transportation of All staff and to Less the Transporation cost.
-Staff Encouragement and Punishment /Warning letter.
-Checking the staff and Explaining/to follow the accomodation rules and regul
ation, monitoring of Electricity and water usage.
- Checking Branch As per Municipality For Restaurant Requirements and Mandatory to Follow.
- Opening and Closing Restaurant Should always to be follow.
- Checking the Reviews of the Customer in talabat, Dine ,Google and other plaform and resolving issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
