Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead and manage daily operations at our Korean restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Korean cuisine and culture, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset. This role involves overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality food and service, and leading a team to deliver a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

- Daily Operations:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front and back of house.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Oversee the restaurant's opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor and manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
- Manage POS system and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant staff (servers, chefs, kitchen staff, etc.).
- Schedule and assign shifts to staff, ensuring optimal coverage.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training on customer service and Korean food knowledge.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive work environment.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular guests.
- Menu and Cuisine:
- Collaborate with chefs to design and update menus, keeping in line with Korean culinary traditions.
- Monitor food presentation, quality, and taste, ensuring consistency in the kitchen.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and control labor and food costs.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance (sales, expenses, and profits).
- Analyze restaurant performance metrics and develop strategies for growth.
- Marketing and Promotions:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Utilize social media and other marketing channels to attract new customers.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for promotional events.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role (experience with Korean cuisine is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with Korean culture and cuisine is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Fluency in English; Korean language skills are a plus
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
