Registered Nurse
The Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver nursing care to patients in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting, ensuring that they receive the appropriate care based on their medical needs. You will collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ physical and mental health conditions through detailed assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Administer medications, monitor their effects, and educate patients and families on the treatment plan.
- Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and update patient care plans.
- Monitor vital signs, perform diagnostic tests, and prepare patients for medical procedures.
- Assist with medical equipment usage, including IVs, ventilators, and other specialized tools.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide immediate care, ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, self-care, and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and protocols in delivering care.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the patient area and handle medical equipment with care.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [Insert State].
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- [3] years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting (preferred but not required).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and nursing best practices.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
