Job Description:
As the first point of contact for TFG Fitness and Wellness members, the Receptionist is responsible for delivering exceptional service while managing the front desk, processing memberships, and assisting with fitness class scheduling.
- Greet and welcome TFG Fitness and Wellness members professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to services, schedules, and events.
- Facilitate membership sign-ups, renewals, class bookings, cancellations, and related queries.
- Process membership payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide information on fitness promotions, packages, and additional services.
- Liaise with trainers, external instructors, and wellness professionals to ensure seamless scheduling.
- Cultivate a positive, welcoming environment for all members and guests.
- Provide support and advice to members seeking to meet their fitness and wellness goals.
- Actively promote gym events, classes, workshops, and new services to members and TFG employees.
- Distribute promotional materials and encourage member participation in ongoing fitness programs.
- Manage the gym’s Instagram account, posting content to promote fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle to the TFG community.
- At least 1 years’ experience in the reception (preferred in the fitness center)
- Excellent communications skills for both written and verbal;
- Required language: fluent English
- Team player with excellent planning & organizing skills;
- Able to work flexible shift and floating weekends
- Pleasant personality with good problem solving skills
