Job Description -
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or generated lists.
2. Present and promote real estate properties to potential buyers over the phone.
3. Qualify leads by understanding clients' needs, preferences, and financial situations.
4. Provide accurate information regarding property features, pricing, and availability.
5. Schedule property viewings for interested clients and follow up to ensure attendance.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
7. Negotiate sales contracts and terms with buyers on behalf of the seller.
8. Keep detailed records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
9. Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
10. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
