Real Estate Marketing Agent
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Marketing Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our properties and enhance our brand presence in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to specific properties and target audiences.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, listings, social media posts, and website content that highlight property features and benefits.
- Digital Marketing: Utilize online platforms and tools, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO strategies, to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents and clients to understand their goals and ensure alignment with marketing efforts.
- Event Coordination: Organize and promote open houses, property tours, and other marketing events to engage potential buyers and investors.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in real estate marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems is a plus.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
