We are seeking an enthusiastic Real Estate Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential real estate investors.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
We are seeking an enthusiastic Real Estate Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential real estate investors.
We provide a monthly Salary plus Commissions!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular calls, viewings and generate leads.
- Obtain secondary market properties and maintain inventory.
- Execute sales and leasing strategies to meet and exceed closings.
- Manage sales process from meetings to contract closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, including investors, tenants and end-users and provide the best service for their requirements.
- Be up to date with real estate market trends.
- Prepare reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience in Real Estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- RERA Licence is a plus
- Driving Licence is a plus
