Full Time JOB
Monday - Saturday
9am to 6pm
Salary AED 4000 - AED 5000
Location: Business Bay
EXPERIENCE IS A MUST IN RELEVANT FIELD
Company provides Visa, Medical Insurance and other benefits as per labour law.

EXPERIENCE IS A MUST IN RELEVANT FIELD
- Must have experience in Real Estate in the same role .
- Prepare weekly listing report & Ensure all the listing information is accurate.
- Handle request and queries appropriately.
- Follow up with Agents and Clients for documents & details as needed.
- Filling out Legal Forms when required.
- Prepare Tenancy Contracts and MOUs.
- Check all property images and coordinate with the photographer.
- Generating RERA permits, renew RERA license, Broker Cards through Trakheesi portal.
- Have a good skills in Microsoft tools; MS Word, Excel.
- Knowledge on using CRM systems and platforms like Property Finder, Dubizzle and - Managing client leads, database and inquiries.
- Managing and updating of the listings on the CRM Data Entry (Editing and Posting ads and verifying in portals).
- Must have a strong personality and can deal with company agents.
- Good Communication Skills.
