Quantity Surveyor
Roles and responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor we are looking for:
- Know-how in pricing
- Provide measurement sheet/quantity calculation
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Quotation and Pricing for Marble Inquiries
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities
- Know-how in pricing
- Submission of Monthly Payment Application (Invoicing)
- Preparation of Quantities
- Provide measurement sheet/quantity calculation
- Fundamental Knowledge of Auto CAD, MSWord, Excel
- Work closely with the Engineers, Foreman, Site Team, and Project manager on all matters relating to the projects.
- Responsible for the production of routine letters and/or reports and other documents from standard templates.
- To review the structural and architectural IFC drawings and prepare detailed engineering drawings for internal and external marble and stone tiling and cladding works
- To review the approved Shop drawings, coordinate with site measurements and as-builts, preparation of as-built drawings, factory manufacturing and cutting orders all in accordance with site and project requirements.
- Preparation of Materials Take-Off, production releases, and cutting lists for fabrication.
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Quotations, As-built drawings as per site measurements, Re-measured quantities of the project work, payment applications with highlighted areas and drawings.
- Preparation of Quantity survey for pricing, for material purchase, for invoicing etc…

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (Required)
