The Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking organization looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in cloud platforms and a track record of managing projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Identify and manage project risks and issues. • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders. • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to all stakeholders. • Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement. • Manage project budgets and track expenses. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. • Ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion. • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members. • Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management (fresh graduates will also be considered). • Proficiency in project management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. • Strong leadership and ability to work effectively within a team.
