Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Conceptualize design, 3D renders, graphic presentations and Hand sketches,
- Space planning and Prepares detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models, material & mood boards.
- Prepare the material list, BOQ, and Quotations to the client
- Organizing and attending meetings relating to the project site/client/sub-contractors and present necessary reports.
- Coordinates program activities design to manage high-end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc. from the conceptual stage through the life cycle of the projects.
- Can handle authority approvals of local agencies and Coordinate with them to obtain drawing approvals and Work Permits.
- Prepare material submittals to client presentation and maintain records of approval and changes requested.
- Should have 2-3 years of experience in UAE.
- Salary shall be depend upon the experience and expertise.
