Production Supervisor
We are looking for a Production Supervisor who is experienced with the planning, coordination and control of Construction based chemical / Bitumen manufacturing processes. They ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct quantity is produced at the right cost and level of quality. This also includes coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to the production schedule.

- Compile information, such as production rates and progress, materials inventories, materials used, and customer requirements;
- Distribute production schedules and work orders after coordinating with sales department;
- Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures;
- Create a full-fledged quality team that should establish company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications;
- Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands;
- Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, sales and purchase.
- Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate training program for new and existing workers.
- Analysis of existing work flow of production and any recommendations/feedback.
- Maintain machinery profile details;
- Prepare monthly wastage report;
- Confer with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes;
- Oversee daily production operations
- To manage shift production for all product lines with available resources and meeting the quality standards
- Oversee the daily production operations and implement weekly production plan to finish production as per the delivery date
- Maintain production specifications and product standards while reducing overall cost to maximize productivity and profitability
- Making sure that the processing is being done in line with the company’s specifications & formulations
- Maintain and verify all production records specifically batch records and employee time sheets
- Ensure that production meets health, sanitation, and quality standards
- Monitor the performance of workers reporting to them.
