PRO (Public Relation Officer)
Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Location: Ajman, UAE
Salary: AED 2,500 + Attractive Commission (Potential to Earn Over AED 5,000 Monthly)
Job Description:
Are you a seasoned Public Relation Officer (PRO) with a strong background in managing trade licenses and visa processes? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. If you have a deep understanding of the UAE’s regulatory environment, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and the ability to train and guide our sales team, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Trade License Management: Handle new trade license applications, renewals, and related documentation for Dubai Mainland and Free Zones, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Visa Processing: Expertly manage the process of employees’ visa applications, renewals, and cancellations with the GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs) and MOL (Ministry of Labor), including new and renewed contracts.
Government Portals: Efficiently deal with various government portals in the UAE to submit and track applications, ensuring all processes are completed smoothly and on time.
Training: Provide training and guidance to the sales team on PRO-related procedures, helping them to better understand the processes and effectively communicate with clients.
Documentation: Ensure all trade licenses, visas, and related documents are processed accurately, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a PRO role within the UAE, with a proven track record in trade license management, visa processing, and team training.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of the UAE's government procedures and online portals, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments with ease.
Languages: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus and will be highly regarded.
Training Abilities: Experience in training or mentoring teams, particularly in sales, to enhance their understanding of PRO processes.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling documentation, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
