Payroll Assistant
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Payroll Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate payroll records. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The Payroll Executive will work closely with the HR department to ensure that all employee compensation and benefits are processed accurately and on time. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance. The role also involves preparing payroll reports, resolving payroll discrepancies, and providing support during audits.
