Office Assistant

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a diligent and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by maintaining a clean and organized environment while supporting our staff and visitors. If you are detail-oriented and ready to contribute to a dynamic workplace, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the office, assets, and work and recreation areas in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Manage and organize files, update paperwork, and maintain other essential documents.
  • Serve refreshments to visitors and staff, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Job Requirements:
  • A fresh, proactive personality with a strong work ethic.
  • Higher secondary level education is required.
  • Basic knowledge of office maintenance.
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in a similar field, ideally within the UAE.
  • Must be a resident of Ras Al Khaimah or willing to relocate.
