MEP Project Manager
Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of construction projects, ensuring the successful integration of mechanical, electrical and plumbing. MEP Project Manager is responsible on managing bugets, timelines and teams. Strong communication and leadership is crucial in this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for successful MEP project execution.
2. Monitoring and managing project budgets ensure that financial restrictions are met while optimizing resource utilization.
3. Facilitate effective communication and coordination across cross-functional teams, such as architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project implementation.
4. Identify possible risks and challenges in MEP projects, and develop proactive strategies to mitigate and manage them throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing MEP systems, obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
6. Implement strict quality control methods to maintain MEP systems standards, which includes inspecting and addressing any deviations from specifications.
7. Allocate manpower, equipment and materials efficiently to meet project objectives while increasing productivity and reducing delays.
8. Foster strong communication with clients by providing regular updates on progress addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
9. Evaluate and manage changes in project scope, ensuring that revisions, including reports, drawings and specifications, are documented for future reference and compliance.
10. Proactively identify and resolves issues that arise during MEP projects, provide a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or MEP-specific certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing MEP projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
