Key Responsibility
- Maintains flowline material lists. Issues and orders as necessary – E-mail, telephone – Ensure no disruption to drilling schedule.
- Creates material requisitions for disciplines from discipline.
- Ensures all material descriptions & quantities are as per the project requirement
- Coordinates / Checks with warehouse for availability of materials & reserves for project. –E-mail / telephone may require order.
- Coordinates with Leads, Designers and Engineers to clarify descriptions of materials
- Continuous contact – No material codes.
- Involved with Tech. Bid Evaluations at client request – Reviews Documentation –
- Technically competent.
- Acts under Lead Engineer Control. However, is expected to use initiative & avoid delay in any projects schedules.
