The Role
Required to join an expanding engineering consultancy in Abu Dhabi. A fantastic opportunity to work on a variety or projects including healthcare, education and commercial. The Lead Interior Designer role is to lead the internal design team to fulfill the requirements of the project. Responsibilities include: • Developing the design along with drawings, 3D models, images and other documentation relating to the project. • Preparing construction documents, specifications. • Exploring alternate design material & colour schemes as per the client budget & program. • Prepare & coordinate presentation drawings for in-house reviews & material/sample design presentations to Client. • Review of schematic design, design development and construction documents to ensure they comply with the design solution. • Selecting fixtures and finishes and compile pricing from manufactures and representatives. • Developing space plans and surveying of client spaces. • Generating designs that can be technically implemented and that meet the Client's goals,

Requirements

• A degree in Interior Design / Architecture • 15 + year experience • Revit, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, 3D Max • Excellent English language communication and presentations • Multi-disciplinary team work • Managing both local and remotely located team members • Ability to work well under pressure across multiple projects • Ability to mentor and develop team members
