Human Resources Generalist
Transcorp International is seeking a qualified HR Generalist to join our team in Dubai with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience in Dubai, preferably with the logistics industry background. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations, as well as experience with talent acquisition, benefits administration, and HR operations.
Responsibilities
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Responsibilities
- Ensure that the time taken from receiving a recruitment request to closing the position is minimal.
- Work proactively to source and hire blue-collar employees promptly.
- Build and maintain a sufficient network of outsourced recruitment agencies.
- Develop strong relationships with these agencies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Create a detailed logbook of all site visit discussions and actions taken.
- Ensure visas and renewals are processed and issued without any delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all employee documents and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in payroll processes by informing employees of their deductions.
- Coordinate with outsourced payroll agencies to ensure accurate and timely payroll management.
- Respond to and prepare warning letters for employees as needed.
- Maintain a logbook of all disciplinary actions taken to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
- Collate different insurance policies and compare costs to provide the best options for employees.
- Ensure all employees are covered under medical insurance and that company policies are renewed without delays.
- Conduct exit interviews with blue-collar employees to gather data on reasons for resignations.
- Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and suggest improvements to reduce turnover.
- Ensure end-of-service calculations are accurately completed for departing employees.
- Manage the visa cancellation process to ensure it is completed on time and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in other HR projects as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience in Dubai, preferably within the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience with the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Experience with benefits administration, including health insurance and life insurance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Arabic language proficiency (written and spoken) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to travel within Dubai for warehouse visits is required.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
