HR Generalist

Job Overview
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of HR best practices, particularly in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
· Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
· Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
· Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding process.
· Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
· Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and management.
· Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to improve workplace practices.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
· Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
· Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
· Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
· Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues.
· Coordinate open enrollment periods and benefits audits.
· Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
· Organize and conduct workshops and training sessions.
· Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
· Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics.
· Analyze trends and data to support decision-making and improve HR processes.
· Assist with budgeting and forecasting HR-related expenses.
· Provide support to management and staff on various HR matters.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
· Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Proficient both Arabic and English language.
