Job Title: HR Executive Location: Sharjah Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing support in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the company’s overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding: - Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. - Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company. - Conduct orientation sessions and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed. - Employee Relations: - Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. - Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, providing guidance on company policies and procedures. - Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention. - Performance Management: - Support the performance review process, including scheduling evaluations, collecting feedback, and tracking progress. - Work with managers to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans. - Assist in developing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Compensation & Benefits: - Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. - Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in coordination with the payroll department. - Monitor compensation trends and make recommendations for salary adjustments as needed. - Compliance & Reporting: - Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations. - Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - Prepare and submit required HR reports to management. - HR Policy & Procedure Development: - Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures. - Communicate HR policies to employees and ensure adherence. - Employee Engagement: - Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events. - Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. ### Qualifications: - Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience: - 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Executive or in a similar HR role. - Skills: - Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. ### Languages: - Proficiency in English & Hindi. ### Key Competencies: - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - High level of integrity and professionalism. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
