HEAD OF LOGISTICS
·Logistics Management: Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the flow of goods and ensure efficient transportation.
·Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the distribution operations.
·Lead operational activities related to deployment strategy, communication planning, and workflow improvement.
·Process Management: Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation.
· Ensures adherence to delivery standards and regulatory requirements.
· Manage activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking vehicles.
·Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
·Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
·Compliance: Coordinate with internal teams, including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure accurate order fulfillment and resolve any logistics-related issues.
·Provide regular reports on distribution performance, including key metrics such as on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
·Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety regulations, and company policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Education
Bachelor’s in Logistics or Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
Experience :
. Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of working experience in logistics operations or supply chain.
· Mandatory proficiency in English Any other languages will be an advantage.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledgeable in UAE routes, traffic fines laws and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
