The Role
Position Title: Secretary to the GM Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A modern, reliable carpentry and joinery services across Middle East. Job Description: - Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements. - Prepare, draft, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents in English. - Coordinate internal and external meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. - Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication and maintain organized records, files, and databases. - Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• Open to Arabic nationals - Female, 35 years old and below - At least 3 years of experience in the same role - Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point is added advantage - Candidates who can join immediately are prioritized
