We're looking for a Furniture-Joinery Shop Draughtsman.
Must have proven experience in independently handling residential and commercial projects.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Must have proven experience in independently handling residential and commercial projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed furniture drawings based on architectural plans and specifications.
- Produce shop drawings and cutting lists for production and installation.
- Review and interpret design drawings and provide technical guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to resolve any design or installation issues.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide on-site support and guidance.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all drawings and project-related information.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in joinery drafting.
- Proven experience as a Joinery Draughtsman in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other drafting tools.
- Ability to take Design concepts and prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings, shop drawings for Joinery.
- Ensure that joinery designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Create detailed material schedules, including quantities and specifications for joinery components.
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, techniques, and construction methods.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
