we are looking for an Architectural and Interior draughtsman with a minimum of 3 years of experience in UAE
Prepare drawings and revising existing engineering drawings of basic components from specific sketches and layouts.
· Experience with structural detailing and drafting.

• Understanding ADM regulations and submittal templates
• Prepare detailed drawings and plans for buildings and structures based on specifications and calculations.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate and efficient designs.
• Ensure drawings comply with standards and regulations.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from project teams.
• Coordinate with other draftsmen and project personnel to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• Structural Associate degree or certification in drafting, CAD, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Auto CAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong understanding of building standards, and construction practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawing and design.
• Experience with structural drafting preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Create 3D models of building elements to support construction initiatives by working with Architects
• Preparing the full architectural drawings package for tender
• Develop templates and model families for general and project-specific needs
• Work with other modelers, CAD Specialists, and Designers to build/manage model databases, templates, and standard procedures
• Perform quality checks on modeling efforts of others to ensure tools to support upstream engineering or downstream project management
• Investigate and develop methods to use BIM models or software tools to support architecture.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
