Forman (Roadworks)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Foreman specializing in roadworks to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in road construction and maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations on roadwork sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor workforce performance and provide training as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Foreman in roadworks or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Valid driver’s license; [add any specific certifications if necessary, e.g., OSHA, CPR].
