Forman for Decoration Works
As a Foreman at our interior decoration company, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within the designated timelines. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams, managing project resources, and maintaining clear communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight:
- Supervise and manage interior decoration projects from start to finish.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed according to project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status and any changes.
- Project Pricing and Quantity Estimation:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for new projects, including labor, materials, and other expenses.
- Calculate quantities of materials and resources required for each project.
- Review and adjust project budgets as necessary to ensure financial efficiency.
- Team Coordination:
- Direct and manage the work of subcontractors and on-site staff.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company standards and safety protocols.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
- Identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies in workmanship or materials.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address any problems.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, changes, and issues.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, budget, and timelines.
- Document any incidents or accidents and report them according to company procedures.
- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the interior decoration or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of interior decoration techniques, materials, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to estimate project costs and calculate quantities accurately.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in interior decoration or construction management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the interior decoration or construction field.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
