Position Summary:
The Finance & HR Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational areas within our Dubai office. This position requires a proactive individual with a commerce degree and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience who can manage financial processes, HR tasks, and operational efficiencies.

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting:
- Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Support month-end closing activities, preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare and file VAT returns, ensuring adherence to UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and assist in payroll processing.
- Support employee onboarding and training initiatives.
- Help streamline operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in operations, finance, accounting, or HR roles.
- Strong understanding of VAT regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
