Klystron Global is a leading player in IT Solutions, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service. We are expanding our team and looking for an Finance & HR Executive to support our Finance, Accounting, VAT, Audit, HR, and Operations functions.
Position Summary:
The Finance & HR Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational areas within our Dubai office. This position requires a proactive individual with a commerce degree and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience who can manage financial processes, HR tasks, and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting:

Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Support month-end closing activities, preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.

VAT & Audit Requirements:

Prepare and file VAT returns, ensuring adherence to UAE regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes, providing necessary documentation and support.
Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

HR Operations:

Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and assist in payroll processing.
Support employee onboarding and training initiatives.

General Operations:

Help streamline operational processes to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in operations, finance, accounting, or HR roles.
Strong understanding of VAT regulations and accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and accounting software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
