Job Description:
Wide Arabia is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Female Telemarketing Executive to join our team. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to engage with a diverse range of merchants across various industries. Your main responsibility will be to connect with business owners, explain the features and benefits of Wide Arabia, and encourage them to advertise on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to different types of merchants across any business category (e.g., food & beverage, retail, services, beauty, etc.).
• Effectively communicate the unique features and advantages of Wide Arabia's platform.
• Highlight key selling points such as commission-free deals, a free editable website, a digital menu with a QR code, and 5-star Google reviews.
• Convince merchants to subscribe to Wide Arabia for their advertising and promotional needs.
• Answer inquiries, provide accurate information, and guide merchants through the registration process.
• Maintain records of calls and update the sales database with important details.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to build rapport with merchants over the phone and effectively explain benefits.
• Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
• Basic understanding of online advertising and digital platforms is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
