Factory Helper

Job Title: Factory Helper (Production) - Master Batch
Location: Saif Zone - Sharjah
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Factory Helpers to join our production team at our master batch manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will assist in the production process, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of machinery and equipment. Factory Helpers will work closely with machine operators, quality control teams, and other staff to support the production of high-quality master batches. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist machine operators in setting up and operating production equipment.
  • Load and unload raw materials, such as pigments, resins, and additives, into machines.
  • Monitor production processes and report any issues or abnormalities to the supervisor.
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure product quality and personal safety.
  • Package and label finished products according to company specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, materials used, and any issues encountered during the shift.
  • Assist in inventory management by organizing and storing raw materials and finished goods.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge in production processes.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
