Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Seek out and secure new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Market Insight: Leverage your knowledge of the UAE market to effectively target and engage potential clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Proposal Development: Create and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals to secure new business.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events to build connections and generate leads.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the event or media industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Must be on a valid UAE visa.
- Competitive base salary plus commission based on performance.
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
