Customer Support Executive

Job Title : CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Reporting to : Manager–Customer Support
Purpose
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects supporting all sales & service activities related to Distribution Division.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results including but not exclusive to:
a. Receiving orders and processing customer orders
b. Procurement of cells from Eternity Technologies
c. Invoicing inclusive of local & export documentation
d. Follow up of outstanding payment with analysis report.
2. To meet the company financial policies in regards to customer debt collections.
3. Development of customer data base, accumulating relevant information in aspects of sales and service performance.
4. Resolves administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
5. Monitor and report and activities and provide relevant information to management as required.
6. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results including but not exclusive to
a. Invoicing
b. Procurement of cells from Eternity Technologies
c. Follow up of customer orders & outstanding payment.
7. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
8. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training workshops as requested & reviewing relevant professional publications.
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10. Supporting and Co-operating company’s periodic IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) audits.
11. Co-operating internal audit programs as per QHSE requirements.
12. Co-operating QHSE/ISO related external / internal trainings to keep up-to-date knowledge.
13. Ensures compliance as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 wherever required in the process/activity.
Skills
1. Maintains a systematic approach to work even when under pressure.
2. Fluent in spoken and written English with the ability to converse of all levels.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word with the ability to learn the ERP system within given timeframe.
4. Punctual and time conscientious
Minimum Qualification:
1. Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the industry.
3. Preferably UAE Driving License holder.
4. Smart & presentable with negotiation skill.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
