Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location : Abudhabi /Dubai
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the company’s products or services. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
Location : Abudhabi /Dubai
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer questions via phone, email, live chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve Customer Complaints: Identify customer concerns, investigate issues, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the necessary department.
- Process Orders and Transactions: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns or exchanges, and handling payment issues.
- Maintain Customer Records: Update and manage customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Provide Product Information: Offer detailed information about the company's products or services, including pricing, availability, and usage.
- Follow Up with Customers: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on issues or services provided.
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
