Customer Leasing Support
- WITH INCENTIVES
- Preferably FEMALE with OWN VISA
- Responsible for closing the new contracts with leasing consultants and follow up with tenant for renewal of contracts.
- Prepares tenancy contract after receiving the required documents from the tenants.
- Collect payments as cash or cheque for new & renewal contract and prepare the payment receipt.
- Update all the tenants required information and data in CRM and keep soft copy of all required documents in the system.
- Filling and keeping of files of all required tenants’ documents for each building.
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
