CIVIL Foreman
· The point of contact between the construction workers and Project Manager.
· Oversee the work of the workers to ensure that it is being carried out as per plan.
· Ensure risk assessment / job hazard analysis is done in advance of commencement of activities and ensuring all preventive control measures are in place.
· Ensure material, equipment and required manpower are requested and are available on site as required and their optimal utilization.
· Coordinate with other departments on the daily activities, create schedule for workers and oversee quality of the site to ensure progress as per the schedule.
· Record man hour and complete time sheet and daily overtime if applicable.
· Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the section head.
· Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement
Education:
- Civil Diploma - 3 years
