Business Development & Project Manager – Aura Waves
Job Summary:
Aura Waves is seeking a versatile and proactive Business Development & Project Manager to drive the growth of our video production and marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, securing new projects, and overseeing the successful delivery of video content for corporate clients and TV commercials.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Experience:
Aura Waves is seeking a versatile and proactive Business Development & Project Manager to drive the growth of our video production and marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, securing new projects, and overseeing the successful delivery of video content for corporate clients and TV commercials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and TV commercial sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our services to meet their objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new contracts and partnerships.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of video production projects, from initial client brief to final delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, production, and post-production, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Sales Performance & Reporting:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, while also ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Report on sales activities, project progress, and market trends to senior management.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance, manage client relationships, and streamline project management processes.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Video production: 4 years (Preferred)
- project management: 4 years (Preferred)
