Specification:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education sector.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
* Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Knowledge of the education industry, including trends and challenges.
* Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies.
* Willingness to travel as required for meetings, events, and promotional activities.
