- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Negotiate contract terms with clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscapes
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals and business plans
- Drive the end-to-end sales process
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth initiatives

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends
- Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
