Barista Cum Cashier
We are urgently looking for Counter Cashier cum Sales Associate for our café located in Abu Dhabi specifically in one of our outlets

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Experience:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, adhering to our recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including cleaning equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences, make recommendations, and ensure an enjoyable experience.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Prepare and serve various hot and cold beverages.
- 1-2 Years Experience in Restaurant or Cafes as Counter Cashier and with experience with POS system/software
- Ensures the consistent delivery of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Attends to customers’ requirements, queries and complaints and resolves it effectively.
- Recommends additional products/items to the customer (Add on & cross-selling) to meet their needs as well as to improve sales.
- Arranges and displays merchandise to promote sales outdoor.
- Handles the cash counter and processes sales transactions.
- Maintain awareness of all items as well as knowledge of current sales and promotions.
- Conducts inventory checks and reports to the manager to ensure availability of items.
- Helps in maintaining the cleanliness of the store ensuring that it is presentable at all times and is HACCP compliance
- Female/Male
- Fluent in English (Required)
- Excellent Customer Service Ability
- Ability to work with the team
- Ability to deliver service excellence.
- Proactive and Follow the Hygiene and HACCP procedure as per the Municipality standard.
- Good Command of English Language.
- phillipino preffered
