Renowned restaurants in Fujairah are looking for talented individuals
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more.
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and be able to describe them to customers.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS systems.
- Ensure customer orders are completed promptly and correctly.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food preparation and handling.
- Stock and replenish inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including equipment cleaning and setup.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Preference for Philippines nationalities
